How to order copies
If you would like to order a copy of a particular record, indicate this by checking the box in the “Order copy” column. The other people mentioned in that record are then selected automatically so that you do not inadvertently order two copies of the same record. For a list of the records you have selected, and to confirm your order, click on the “Order” button in the navigation column on the left of your screen.
You can cancel your order for a record at this stage by unchecking the relevant box. Your order is not placed until you have confirmed it. The list shows the records ordered, and their cost, sorted according to the archive at which the original records are housed. The costs shown include tax, administration and postage. The amounts shown must be paid directly to the individual archive. The information you need to make your payment is given at the top of the order form. When making your payment, always give the order number.
Your order will be processed and dispatched only after full payment has been received by the archive in question.
